AMK is governed by an Executive Board consisting of 11 members which oversees the overall functioning of the Organization. The Board provides leadership and policy guidelines to the Organization. AMK has a fairly well developed management structure from Center to Village level. It has more than 1500 trained youth and women volunteers/motivators at grassroots level to launch awareness raising activities in health and gender based violence. It has a pool of trained master trainers (MT) who are easily conversant in many local languages helping AMK to facilitate activities at local levels easily.
