Over more than 30 years of its foundation, AMK has successfully established itself as one of the leading NGOs in the country working for the development and empowerment of women specially the underprivileged one. It is the pioneer women-focused organization in the country with a mission to empower women at all levels of society and make them full partners in the nation building task.
It is governed by an Executive Board consisting of 11 members which oversees the overall functioning of the Organization.
It has a pool of trained master trainers (MT) who are easily conversant in many local languages helping AMK to facilitate activities at local levels easily.
